Have I got a beauty haul for you guys today!?!! This beauty haul is HUGE! I went a little overboard, but it was all for the sake of research (Can you blame me?)! In today’s beauty haul you’ll find a little bit of everything; from my all time favorite beauty products, to some great gems I found at the drugstore . Tom Ford Nail Lacquer in African Violet

Tom Ford Lip Color in Indian Rose

-Not gonna lie, I’m a little disappointed with the quality of this nail polish. The color is on another level, gorgeous, but the first time I painted my nails with it , about 3 hours in, they were already chips on my nails! I wasn’t even doing anything to chip them I was shopping! For such an expensive nail polish , I expect better quality. It also took a long time to dry.

Now the lipstick I LOVE. The shade is like a soft mauve nude pink and it has a great shine to it and it doesn’t get dry on your lips.

-Les miento si les digo que me encantó el pintauñas. El color es hermoso, pero la verdad es que el color no me duró nada en las uñas. Para ser un pintauñas con un precio tan alto, la calidad y durabilidad del mismo debería ser muchísimo mejor.

Por otro lado, AME este lipstick, no es seco , es duradero, y el color es un tono de rosa viejo con una pizca de brillo.

 

Clarins HydraQuench Cream

Believe me when I say I have tried tons of different moisturizers, from Neutrogena to Créme de la Mer, & this is the only one that works for my sensitive skin. It moisturizes instantly and feels so good on my face.

-Créanme cuando les digo que he tratado MUCHOS humectantes; desde los que compras en farmacia, hasta Créme de la Mer, y este funciona super bien. Tengo la piel sensitiva y seca, este producto me humecta la cara al instante y se siente divino.

Clarins Sunscreen Care Oil Spray SPF 30

I had been looking for a sunscreen of sorts for my hair, since I have highlights and they tend to get damaged when exposed to the sun. So I went to Sephora & asked if they had something and they looked at me like I was crazy and showed me a “sea salt” hair spray…So I kept looking and found this suncreen oil spray. Not only can you use it in your hair, but also in you body; 2 in 1? Count me IN!

-Tengo el cabello teñido y con rayitos y me lo tengo que cuidar y proteger mucho del sol. Me dí a la tarea de buscar que producto podría utilizar para proteger del sol al cabello y encontré este de Clarins. No sólo lo puedes utilizar en tu cabello, sino que también en el cuerpo! Es un aceite de un olor exquisito, suave y no se queda grasoso.

CND Vinylux Weekly Polish in Wild Moss

If you didn’t know by now, I am slightly obsessed with nail polish. This particular color caught my eye; its soft seafom green with gold tiny sparkles. It was great for a day or two but by the third day the nail polish color had started to lose its shine and it looked kinda dull. Meh

Por si no saben vivo obsesionada con los pintauñas. Este color en particular me llamó la atención por que era un tono de verde suave con un toque de brillo dorado yme pareció  súper diferente. Me encantó por los primeros días que lo tuve puesto pero al tercer día el color perdió su brillo y mis uñas se veían opacas…

-En las fotos de arriba está el manicure que me hice con la combinación de estos dos colores. Me encantaron porque son colores que voy a usar mucho en el verano.

CND Shellac Polish in Bicycle Yellow

Its so hard to find the right shade of yellow nail polish. I think this is it. Fun for summer cannot wait to try it out!

-No es tarea fácil encontrar el tono de amarillo perfecto para las uñas; o es muy claro o muy subido el color. Este es el perfecto.

Looking for a great nude nail polish that’s not see through? Then this is the color for you!Great color, flattering on every skin tone, one of my favorites from my nail polish collection for sure!

-Si esta en la búsquda de un pinta uñas nude que no sea transparente, este es tu color! El tono es muy bonito y favorece a todo tipo de tonos de piel, sin duda alguna, es de los favoritos de mi colección.

Too Faced Cosmetics The Return of Sexy Eyeshadow Palette

I know, I know, why didn’t I get the Too Faced uber famous chocolate bar palette instead! I was kinda really digging this colors! I have used them all, its a very versatile palette and it comes with an eyeliner & primer (below a pic of my makeup using the palette & MAC’s lipglass in Pink Poodle). The palette also includes an eyeliner & an eye shadow primer. If you like shimmery eyeshadows then you’ll love this palette.

-Y dirán-“Por qué, si hizo el gasto, no se compró el Chocolate Bar mejor”?-.Ya tengo otras paletas de sombras y estos colores no los tengo y me llamaron mucho la atención. Además, la paleta de sombras incluye un delineador y un primer para los ojos. Las sombras son súper pigmentadas y brillosas. Abajo verán foto utilizando la sombra en combinación con el Lipglass de Mac Cosmetics en Pink Poodle.

I remember this as THE lipstick back in High School. I was so nostalgic when I found it in my local MAC store that I had to get it. It’s a shimmery neon pink shade lipgloss. It’s SUPER glossy.

-Este labial fue el mas que utilicé cuando estaba en el colegio, claramente me dio un mini ataque de nostalgia cuando lo vi en la tienda y me sentí obligada a comprarlo. Es un lipgloss bien brilloso, con un tono rosado neon.

Laura Mercier Radiance Bronce Foundation Primer

If I had to have only one beauty product in my makeup bag then this would be it. It’s my secret weapon! This foundation primer has made my life easier. It gives you glow for that perfect dewy look without much hassle. Its the perfect thing to apply to your face when in a rush and in need of a pick me up. I highly recommend it!

-Esto es mi arma secreta, mi salvación a la hora de maquillarme. Es el producto que NUNCA puede faltar en mi bolso de cosméticos. Descubrir esto ha cambiado y agilizado totalmente mi forma de maquillarme. Se supone se use como primer para la base pero lo he utilizado en múltiples ocasiones sin ponerme base. Te deja un brillo natural al rostro que es sencillamente espectacular.

Laura Mercier Paint Wash Liquid Lip color in Fuschia Mauve

Yeah, this color matched my nail polish! How convenient! Its a dark shade of berry with purple-ish undertones, & it has great pigment. Its a mix of lipgloss with lip stain, its creamy at first and then it dries out like a lip stain would. Peculiar  thing about it is that as it dries out throughout the day the shade of the color gets a little lighter.

-Fue pura casualidad que este labial combinara con mi color de uñas. El tono es morado oscuro y es muy pigmentado. El labial es una mezcla de lipgloss con lip stain.

NARS Audacious Lipstick in Liv

This lipstick I had to order online so of course I was reluctant to see if the shade was as pretty as the online pic of the lipstick. Was definitely not disappointed! The color is a very pigmented ox blood tone.

-Este labial lo compré online porque no se consigue en Puerto Rico y estaba un poco ansiosa de que el color no fuera tan bonito en persona. El tono es oscuro como rojo/violeta/vino. Anticipo que lo estaré utilizando nonstop cuando llegue el otoño.

MAC Cosmetics Prep + Prime Skin brightening Serum

I like this serum a lot because I feel like it protects my face from all the makeup. Its light and smooth. I use it after applying my moisturizer. A must have in any makeup bag.

-Me gusta mucho esta cera por que te sella y protege el rostro de la aplicación del maquillaje. La utilizo luego de aplicarme el humectante. Es un must en cualquier bolso decosméticos.

MAC Cosmetics Lipstick in Fresh Brew

This was a discovery of sorts. I was looking for a “greige” lipstick (grey and beige) & could not find one for the life of me. Then this genius makeup artist at MAC told me to try using eyeliner as lipstick (shocking, I know). She said she does it all the time with no major consequences. I was hesitant but, I gave into her expertise and let her try the eyeliner on my lips. After applying the eyeliner (MAC Cosmetic eyeliner in Earthline,which you’ll see in the pic below) she applied this lipstick over it & voila! I got what I was looking for. Amazing, isnt it? In the pic below you’ll see my “greige” lips look.

M.N. MeNow Generation II Long Lasting Liquid Lip gloss

Estos labiales son los mas que me han durado en mis labios en mi vida. Literal, estuve el dia entero con el puesto y en la hora de removerlo pase trabajo! Para removerlo hay que usar demaquillante. Estos labiales son esos que te los aplicas y puedes estar segura que en el resto del dia no necesitas reaplicacion.

Miss Adoro lipstick in Mermaid

This shade of hot pink is INSANE. SO pigmented! Not only is it a beautiful color, it has a matte finish. But, if matte is not your thing, this lipstick comes with a conveniently placed lip balm on the cap if you want to add shine to it. Its a statement color, a show stopper bold pink lipstick.

-Este color rosado neon de este labial esta A OTRO NIVEL. Es super pigmentado y tiene un acabado en matte y esta hecho a base de menta y minerales. No solo eso, si no te gusta el acabado en mate, en la misma tapa del labial tiene un lip balm para que anadas brillo. Lo espectacular del labial (ademas del color) es que tienes dos labiales en uno solo, que puede usar en combinacion, o separados! Este labial lo consegui en Makeup on the go PR.

This lipstick was such a pleasant surprise. The color is out of this world, the texture is creamy and soft and it even smells delicious! This is the lipstick I always have on my purse because it brightens and instantly updates my look. The shade is a soft rose color with lavender undertones. This lipstick is so popular that I had to look in many different stores to finally be able to buy it 2 weeks later after my initial search started! Gals, if you see this in your local drugstore don’t even think about it and buy it! Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

-Este labial fue una grata sorpresa. El color es divino, la textura cremosa y hasta huele rico! Este ese ese labial que siempre quieres tener en tu cartera por que le hace un update instantáneo a tu look. El color es un tono rosado tirando a lila. Imaginen si es BELLO este labial que fui a 4 farmacias diferentes a comprarlo, y en todas se había terminado! Luego de una intensa busqueda, lo pude obtener 2 semanas después, así que si logran encontrarlo, no lo piensen dos veces!

Bang for your buck! Multi use sponge super inexpensive, great for blending, applying foundation & concealer.

-Tiene buenísimo precio y la puedes usar para aplicarte diferentes productos de maquillaje. La uso para el primer, la base, y el corrector y me fascina.
